You accidentally missed one of 2 of my faves Although isn't ak designation but works similarly AN series which became later the A series. The difference is that these versions shoot two bullets consecutively without much recoil is an automatic. In the U.S. is illegal to own AN and A series because are considered fully automatics. In Russia only military is allowed. Why? These particular weapons the AN and (short name) A series aren't made for only defensive the primary reason was lethal means. This is why shoots two bullets at the same time. For target shootings practice is fun but but for other reasons is more dangerous than semi automatic ARs. Now a full automatic AR is dangerous in comparison to an AN and the A series. Same with Kalashnikovs full automatics are dangerous than the AN - A series. These weapons are weatherproof resistant water proof mud proof as Kalashnikovs same exact tests and parameters were made in the specific sense that if these weapons fell on the ground and accidentally were stomped these could be still be used during combat. Only special forces and anti terrorists teams used the an and A series. Even nowadays both the special forces and anti-terrorists uses these in Russia. There is special target practice isn't a controlled safe environment for adult civilians to use for fun and practice in Russia. But positively is forbidden for regular civilians to own. The first time I saw the AN series was when I was about 18 years old. I never shot that, personally but that was the very first time I saw that and liked that.
